OKAY SO. I have been sitting here for like 3 hours trying to figure out why my layout was broken and it turns out I just forgot to close a <table> tag 😭 I am SO embarrassed but also I learned so much from this experience haha.
anyway!! I finally finished the new layout for the site — as you can see!! I made the sparkly purple theme myself (well, I borrowed the background tile from GlitterGraphics.net but the rest is all me!). I've been learning HTML from a book I got at the library and honestly??? it's so fun. I want to eventually learn CSS too but that seems really hard.
Also my friend ~*SakuraChan*~ linked me from her site!!! That means SO much oh my gosh. Go visit her page it's in my links!! 💕
I'm gonna go make ramen and watch Inuyasha now. bye bye minna~!! ✧

I finally got the Discovery CD from the mall!! I've been listening to it on repeat for literally days. "Digital Love" might be the most beautiful song ever written and I will die on this hill.
My dad thinks it's "just noise" but he also thinks Linkin Park is noise so clearly his opinion is invalid lol 😂. I burned a copy for my best friend Mira and she's obsessed now too. We're gonna make matching fan sites for them!!
Also I made a new pixel doll — it's in the gallery now!! I spent like 2 hours on it in MS Paint. pixel art is my new hyperfixation i think.

okay episode 50 DESTROYED me. I will not recover. I've been making pixel art of Kagome all afternoon to cope. Mira keeps texting me spoilers and I genuinely cannot deal with her right now.
Anyway the marathon is going well!! I'm on season 3 and I have approximately zero hours of sleep banked but it was worth it. Some people say Inuyasha is "mid" and those people are wrong and also my enemies.
Tomorrow is school which means I have to go pretend to care about algebra for 6 hours. I am going to listen to the Inuyasha OST on my discman the entire time and no one can stop me.

I spent the whole weekend on pixel art and I have ZERO regrets. Check the gallery page — I posted four new dolls including a full Sailor Moon set with all the inner senshi.
MS Paint really is the best art tool ever made and I will not hear otherwise. Some people on the forum said I should try PhotoShop but?? I like the limitations?? it makes me more creative?? anyway.
If you want to use any of my dolls for your site you can but PLEASE credit me and link back. I've seen people take pixel art without credit and it makes me genuinely sad 😭

Two things happening simultaneously today: (1) drama at school that I am NOT getting into here because my sister reads this apparently (hi Emma, mind your business 🙃) and (2) I have been attempting CSS floats for like four hours and they make no sense.
Like WHY does float:left just do whatever it wants?? I wanted my sidebar to sit nicely next to my content and instead it's just... floating. Into nothing. With no regard for any of my other elements.
Anyway I'm gonna go calm down with some ramen and maybe the Sims. If anyone has good CSS float tutorials please e-mail me I am begging you.
